Faster, steadier transcription
Less waiting when you stop recording, and a steadier transcription on long consultations. If the connection drops mid-consultation, the recording is kept on your device and retried automatically — nothing is lost.
Run your clinic from one place
New Clinic section: shared values you can standardize and lock (letterhead, print format, patient intake fields, language and timezone), email invitations valid for 7 days, and the new clinic-administrator role, which manages the team without being able to see clinical data.
Import your historical records
Upload PDFs, photos (handwriting included), Word documents and Apple Pages, and the AI turns them into structured consultations. Review the original beside the note before accepting; the system suggests which patient each document belongs to.
FHIR R4 export
Alongside PDF, you can now export any session in FHIR R4, the international clinical interoperability standard, ready to share with other health systems.
Digital signature and public prescription verification
Sign prescriptions and reports digitally from the print dialog. Your key is held in a secure cryptographic vault, every signature carries an X.509 certificate and a trusted timestamp, and the document ships with a public verification QR and a one-time dispensing code — without exposing clinical information.
Patient handout and "use these treatments"
Generate a plain-language handout that explains the diagnosis to your patient and when to call you, and append it to the consultation PDF. From each code's clinical card you can pull the suggested treatments into your prescription field to edit yourself.
ICD-11 diagnosis, interactions and referral letters
WHO ICD-11 codes suggested by the AI and confirmed by you, a per-code clinical card with cited sources, drug-interaction and allergy checks as you prescribe, and a referral letter for specialists with an optional clinical packet.
Doctor-facing audit trail and two-step verification
Browse each session's audit trail and export it to CSV, review who has accessed your clinical data, and protect your account with two-step verification: an authenticator app or passkeys with fingerprint and Face ID.
Telehealth with integrated video
We launched the telehealth module with native video calling. Conduct online consultations without leaving DoctorEscribe, with automatic real-time transcription and clinical report generation when the session ends.
Patient portal
Your patients now have access to their own portal where they can review their medical records, download clinical reports and manage their consents and data requests. Included in every plan, at no extra cost.
